Subject: Prayer for permission to go on a study tour.
Sir,
With due respect, we beg to state that we are the students of HSC 2nd Year of your renowned college. Chattogram Govt. Model School and College is doing amazing performance in many sectors alongside academic excellence. But it is with great disappointment, we have to report to you that our college has not arranged a study tour in over two years.
Studying at a stretch puts pressure on students, as you know. To get some relief from monotony, study tours can be very effective. In addition, we can gather knowledge about the area we would choose as a destination for a study tour. You must know, knowing thyself is one of the primary objectives of study. Through study tours, we can improve our knowledge about our own country.
In response to our request, our English teacher Mr. Hasan has kindly come forward to help us with selecting a suitable destination for the study tour. We have selected Mahamaya to visit this month. Now we need your kind permission and financial support.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to go on a study tour and arrange the necessary funds. We will be ever grateful to you for the act.
